Kellen Wise

Co-Owner — but really, just the guy making sure we are all leading with a purpose. I thrive on building smart strategies, solving problems on the fly, and finding ways to grow WiseOne LLC bigger and better every day. Whether it’s hauling equipment, keeping restrooms fresh, or making sure our team has what they need to succeed, I’m all about driving performance with a smile. Business doesn’t have to be boring — and around here, it never is.

Morgan Wise

The creative spark behind WiseOne LLC. While the trucks and crews keep things moving, I make sure our brand, message, and customer experience shine just as bright. From spreading the word to keeping our community connected, I love finding fresh, fun ways to show people who we are and what we stand for. Around here, I’m part storyteller, part strategist, and full-time hype woman for our team.

Michelle is the engine that keeps WiseOne LLC running smoothly every day. From handling operations to managing the back office, she’s the one making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Whether it’s schedules, logistics, or the million little details that keep us on track, Michelle keeps it all moving with skill and a smile. Simply put: if it gets done, Michelle probably had a hand in it.

Millie is the boots-on-the-ground leader who makes sure every job runs smoothly. From managing crews to jumping in herself when needed, she’s never afraid to get her hands dirty. With a sharp eye for detail and a can-do spirit, Millie keeps our teams on track, our jobs on time, and our customers confident that WiseOne LLC delivers every single day.

Angelique has a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creativity and brings strong organizational skills. She assists with our website and ensuring we receive all of our submissions and sending out helpful information. Angelique takes pride in helping others and is always able to step in and help.
